The Hallelujah Girls

    The Sam Bass Theatre in Round Rock will present the Southern comedy The Hallelujah Girls by Jesse Jones, Nicholas Hope and Jamie Wooten.  Directed by Lynn S. Beaver, the production runs September 21st through October 13th.
     The feisty females of Eden Falls, Georgia, have decided to shake up their lives.  Set in the abandoned church-turned-day-spa where this group of friends gathers every Friday afternoon, the women realize time is precious after the loss of one of their close friends - and if they're going to change their lives and achieve their dreams, they have to get on it now.  The cast features Melita McAtee, Veronica Prior, Jan Phillips, Laura Vohs, Mary Southon, Gene Storie and Ken Ramsey.
    Performances run Thursdays through Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m.  Tickets are $18 for adults and $15 for seniors, students, educators and military.  All Thursday performances are $15.
