Our friend Danny Bone
invited us to join his family and friends for a soft opening of
his new Elevation Burger store in the Arboretum. Danny is branching out
of his successful insurance career - he owns Benetex Group - to
try his hand at conquering Austin’s ravenous
burger appetite.

Located at 9828 Great Hills
Trail across the street from P.F. Chang’s, the new
eatery boasts a menu of quality, no-nonsense burger selections,
great fries, and hand-crafted milkshakes. The burgers are
made from organic, free-range, grass-fed beef - and the
restaurants uses 100% olive oil in its cooking.
And you can really
taste the difference from some of the other local joints.
Plus, the restaurant is “green” operations -
recycling in-store waste, using high post-consumer content
paper products, and donating the used olive oil for conversion
to bio-diesel fuel.
The Arboretum
location is the first of two Elevation Burger franchises Danny
plans to open in Austin. The second location will be
opening this Fall in the Northcross Mall area.
